From stem to petals, each flower has been reproduced to look exactly like its natural version, down to minute detail, to guarantee it looks and feels just like a real flower.

Through each meticulous stage, each element of the flower-petal, stem, leaf – is made separately and then assembled and glued. The subtle colour shades of the petals are hand painted.

To preserve the beauty of Artempo flowers, we recommend:

Regular cleaning:

  • Dry cleaning using a hairdryer set to medium heat. This is ideal for compositions.
  • Clean using a soft, clean and slightly damp cloth.

Deep Cleaning:

  • Wash in cold water using a natural soap and air dry or dry with hairdryer.
  • Hang the flowers upside down to let them air dry while preserving their shape.

We despatch all standard delivery orders within 12hrs of being placed, therefore we aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 2-3 working days, By Royal Mail Tracked 48 or by our couriers. Sometimes during busy periods, sale periods or climatic weather conditions deliveries may take longer. If ordered before 2pm express deliveries will be despatched the same working day and normally arrive within 24 or 48 working hours by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or by our couriers. E.G If you ordered on a Friday the package may arrive on Monday, As this is the next working day. Sometimes during very busy periods, sale periods or climatic weather conditions deliveries may take longer but Express will always be put as priority. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us via the contact page or call us on 03335776333 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

A signature may be requested on delivery for both standard and Express deliveries. 

Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country will be payable by the recipie

Retuns

If you are not entirely happy with your products, you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this if this was not an error on our behalf. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us via email to inform us of any return.

On receipt of your email regarding return we shall send you either a pre-paid returns label if this was our error. If it was not our error we shall send you a returns label which you will need to pay the postage for.

If you receive your item(s) damaged while in transit.

Please contact us via email stating which item(s) has been damaged, your order reference and a photo(s) of the damage to your item(s). We shall then arrange your replacement to be sent again immediately.
