Guidance: Fragrance Lamps are an incredibly powerful way to fragrance your home, and consequently do not need to be used for extended periods of time. For the optimum balance of room fragrancing with fragrance usage, we recommend to burn your lamp for around 20-25 minutes per time (an average sized room is about 20sqm, so this equates to about 1 minute per m3). You will find that the fragrance in fact lingers in the air for several hours afterwards. Burning the lamp continuously for long periods of time will use your fragrance much faster.

If ordered before 2pm express deliveries will be despatched the same working day and normally arrive within 24 or 48 working hours by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or by our couriers. E.G If you ordered on a Friday the package may arrive on Monday, As this is the next working day. Sometimes during very busy periods, sale periods or climatic weather conditions deliveries may take longer but Express will always be put as priority. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us via the contact page or call us on 03335776333 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

A signature may be requested on delivery for both standard and Express deliveries. 

Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country will be payable by the recipie

Retuns

If you are not entirely happy with your products, you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this if this was not an error on our behalf. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us via email to inform us of any return.

On receipt of your email regarding return we shall send you either a pre-paid returns label if this was our error. If it was not our error we shall send you a returns label which you will need to pay the postage for.

If you receive your item(s) damaged while in transit.

Please contact us via email stating which item(s) has been damaged, your order reference and a photo(s) of the damage to your item(s). We shall then arrange your replacement to be sent again immediately.
